BOOKING CONDITIONS

This Hizmet Koşulları (aka. Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Terms of Service) form is an integral part of the hotel accommodation contract, and it offers no possibility of remaining in the premises after the end of the booked dates or of establishing permanent residence.
The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for bookings made for the hotel. These Hizmet Koşulları apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
Definitions
In these Hizmet Koşulları, the following definitions apply:
- “Company” or “we” means ”Princess Residence” (Management Company: Destination Turizm AS, whose registered office is at Cumhuriyet Cad No: 157/4 Harbiye 34373 Sisli, İstanbul / TR).
- “Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.
- “Contract” means the Booking and these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
- “Hotel” means “Princess Residence”, the premises for which your Booking is made.
- “Guest” / “you” and “your” include the first named person on the reservation and all persons on whose behalf a reservation is made.
- “Websites” means the website residing on www.princessresidence.co
Articles
- Bookings: Bookings made through this website will be treated as final under the condition that booking details and payment/deposit have been provided in full. Booking confirmations are only valid with accompanying proof of payment.
- Rates: The following rate policies apply:
- Standard Rate (Flexible Rates): Reserve now, pay when you stay. For the guarantee of the reservation with credit card, no prepayment is required but the first night of the stay may be pre-authorized.
- If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the check-in time of the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- To avoid being penalized, reservations must be cancelled by email or through this website.
- In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the full amount of the first night will be charged.
- In the event of a cancellation or modification after the date of check-in, full amount of the unused nights will be charged. Nights that have been used will not be refunded. Payments charged on check-in will not be refunded.
- For bookings made less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the reservation is only confirmed when the full amount is paid.
- Non-Refundable Rates (Prepaid): Reservation is only confirmed when the amount is paid in full.
- Reservations are held on a 24 hour option period after booking, during which payment in full must be made. The Hotel cannot guarantee to keep reservations for which no payment has been received within this period.
- Hotel may charge the full amount anytime after the reservation has been received.
- If cancelled or modified within the 24 hour option period, a full refund will be issued, with the condition of potential bank transfer fees or credit card commissions being at the expense of the Guest. These costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- If cancelled or modified after the 24 hour option period, payments that have been processed, either partially or fully, will not be refunded, and any pre-authorized cards, floating deposits or securities will be charged in full.
- For bank/wire transfers, bank transfer fees are at the expense of the Guest, including incoming transfer fees that may be charged by the bank to the Hotel. Reservations will not be considered final until all relevant transfer charges have been paid in full along with the principal amount of the booking.
- Special discounted rates present anywhere on this website or any other platform count as Non-Refundable Rates.
- Standard Rate (Flexible Rates): Reserve now, pay when you stay. For the guarantee of the reservation with credit card, no prepayment is required but the first night of the stay may be pre-authorized.
- Charges: Once a rate is selected on the websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in the chosen currency at the time of booking (USD or EUR) and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only. Price lists for additional items, such as breakfast and some other optional services such as Transfers from –to the Airport, are on display at the Website and relevant locations within the Hotel.
- Deposit and Pre-Authorization: We shall also have the right to require a deposit, if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. At the time of booking we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize us the use of this card for pre-authorization. Pre-authorization is not a charge; it is a temporary hold. This means hotel will check, if the card is active and if there is enough balance to cover at least the first night cost. Reservation is only confirmed when hotel is able to pre-authorize the credit card.
- Check-in / Check-out Requirements: At the time of check-in, guests will be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; Passport for each member of your party over the age of 16. We request a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who can not provide the information set out above. Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy: 2 Bedroom Apartment max. 4 Person and 3 Bedroom Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. Guests may check-in at any time starting from 2.00 p.m. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card at the time of booking will be held until 11:59 pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless the guest has notified directly the hotel of a late arrival. Check-out; On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 hrs noon. Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.
- Payments: We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: MasterCard/Credit Card, Visa; Debit cards: Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron. Important: For advance purchase Rates (Prepay & Save Rates) the card you booked with must be presented on arrival, along with the appropriate ID. If it is not possible, the pre-charged/paid amount will be reimbursed, and the reservation has to be paid in full prior to check-in, either by cash or a different credit card. Guest acknowledge(s) and accept(s) full, joint and several liability for the payment of the rental fees and of the additional services and expenses provided upon own request.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- Cancellation: Booking cancellations are dependent on the type of booking. Please refer above to the articles on Standard Rate and Non-Refundable Rate for their respective cancellation policies.
- No-Show Policy: If no communication is conducted of guest arriving, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night. However, if guest(s) still show up on the next day without communicating to the hotel, hotel will still try its best to assist the guest but the hotel does not guarantee providing any accommodation.
- Changes or Cancellation by the Hotel: Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel. If we need to move you to a different room or Hotel during your booking for which a lower rate is available than the rate you booked at, we will refund you the difference in the rates.
- Damages: You declare that on the day of your entry in the apartment, the equipment and furniture therein are fully operational and in perfect condition showing no signs of damage and/or malfunction. An inventory is displayed in each apartment. Guest must check its accuracy and quality on arrival and inform reception of any anomaly, and missing or damaged objects, within 4 hours of arriving. We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. Inventory and suite inspections will be performed by the housekeeper prior to check-out. All losses and suite damage beyond normal usage will be charged to the suite occupant.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Mandates the Hotel to enter the premises for daily maintenance purposes. Hotel reserves the right to enter the rented premises any time for safety reasons or in the case of any emergency.
- Guest Behavior: Guests are requested to comply with the Hotel procedures and not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
- No Smoking: Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas.
- Children: All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Cots are available however, these are limited and subject to availability.
- Pets: No pets are allowed at the hotel.
- Termination – Penalties – Non-Renewal: The contract will be automatically terminated without formality or delay if the Guest fails to execute any of his obligations or behaves in an inappropriate way so as to disturb the stay of other occupants. Non-payment for the stay implies renunciation of the Agreement and incurs the remission of the keys to Hotel and the express renunciation of the right to remain in the premises. The resident must leave the premises immediately and can be evicted if necessary with police assistance
- Liability: The responsibility of Hotel can not be incurred in the case of the theft of or damage to any personal property in the apartments, including personal mini-safes, the common parts of the premises, car parks and all the other outbuildings or annexes of the Hotel, whether caused by the negligence of the Company, it’s employees, contractor, agents or Force Majeure.
- Personal Information: The Hotel, undertakes to keep confidential all information of personal nature and not to disclose it to third parties to the exception of judicial and other public authorities.
- Web Site Information: While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The parties hereby agree and accept that the electronic communications exchanged between them for the purposes of this present rental agreement shall serve as evidence for settlement of disputes arising from this present agreement. Guests should first contact the hotel to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. The parties hereby declare and accept that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from this present agreement shall be the Courts of Istanbul. The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by Turkish Laws.
